The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia presents its compliments to all Foreign Missions and International Organizations in Indonesia, and through this circular note intends to announce the most recent regulation: the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force Number 1 Year 2023 concerning Health Protocols During the Transitional Period of Endemic Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is effective since 9 June 2023.
The Ministry further informs the following updates on the policies of the Republic of Indonesia to all Foreign Missions and International Organization, as follows:
- With the enactment of the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 1 of 2023, the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force No. 24 and 25 of 2022 are revoked and declared no longer valid.
- All document requirements for arrival and domestic travel in the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia which include the obligation to download and use the SATUSEHAT application and show a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine certificate are no longer required.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all Foreign Missions and International Organizations in Indonesia the assurances of its highest consideration.
