After searching, the claim is false. In fact, a Set Top Box or STB can be used as a Decoder to convert digital signals received from satellite, cable, or the internet into analog formats so that they can be displayed on analog television screens or other analog display devices. Through Kompas.com, Broadcasting Director of the Directorate General of PPI Kominfo, Geryantika Kurnia, emphasized that the news was false. He explained, the function of the STB is to convert analog signals to digital, so that people can watch broadcasts with picture quality, sound, and more sophisticated technology.

Reporting from the nxp.com page, a Bluetooth Low Energy Device is a series that can operate very low power devices without compromising radio performance. So it has nothing to do with reading the data of people who have been vaccinated.
