Update on COVID-19 Booster Vaccinations that Can Be Given per November 11, 2022
The Indonesian Ministry of Health has again updated the list of booster vaccines that can be given to people who have received the complete primary COVID-19 vaccination.
Based on the Circular of the Director General of P2P, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. SR.02.06/C/5339/2022 as of 11 November 2022, it is known that recipients of the Sinovac primary vaccine can also receive the Indovac booster vaccine.
As for primary vaccines, J&J can receive homologous boosters or J&J booster vaccines as well, or heterologous boosters, namely the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
Giving booster vaccines will be adjusted to the availability of vaccines in the location.
