World Bank Study Results: Indonesia's Digital Financial Inclusion Acceleration Pre-Employment Card Innovation

A World Bank study shows that the Pre-Employment Card innovation helps Accelerate Indonesia's Digital Financial Inclusion.

It is known that 9 out of 10 respondents have completed the Pre-Employment Card program, starting from acceptance to providing post-training incentives. The majority of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the Pre-Employment Card training.

The results of the study also show that the use of electronic money as a payment method contributes positively to the goal of financial inclusion. Most beneficiaries convert incentives into cash after receiving them in their accounts, to purchase food and/or for working capital.

It is also known that expanding more bank account provider options to receive post-training incentives could increase the use of bank accounts.
